This workshop is suitable for all skill levels. Children welcome (under 9 year old participants may need an adult assistant).

You will be introduced to some hand building techniques to make a bird sculpture of your own design, either based on a real bird or imagination. The sculpture will be suitable as a garden sculpture for the ground or added to an iron stake.  The bird will be approximately 15 cm high.

Guidance and imagery provided.   A wide variety of stamps, tools and glazes will be available for you to play with.

Cost : Making and glazing -$90

 

Supplied : Clay, use of tools, glaze and firing of completed artwork.

 

What to Bring: snacks, lunch, water bottle mug to make yourself tea or coffee.
